I am dedicated to supporting facilitators, coaches, and community builders in cultivating safe and regenerative spaces for healing, self-discovery, and meaningful human connection. Through embodiment, Authentic Relating, and nervous system awareness, I guide those who feel called to create deep, conscious relationships—whether in their personal lives, professional work, or communities.

In a world that often feels disconnected and overwhelming, my mission is to help you embody your leadership with confidence, presence, and authenticity, so you can hold space for others without burnout. I believe that true impact comes from honoring the wisdom of the body, the rhythms of nature, and the power of intentional gathering.

When I was three years old, two men broke into our home in the middle of the night, pointing a gun at us as he demanded money. In that moment, I froze. My body shut down, and maybe that was the first time I disconnected from myself—the first time I stopped trusting the world.

  • I've been coached by Tania using the somatic coaching in the Mastery Method and it's serendipitous as this is her expertise! Before the session, I am a recovering "block-your-feelings" kind of a woman matched by Enneagram 5 personality who is a little out of touch of her body. What I find interesting in the breathwork session was, she didn't have to tell me things but really gently guiding me to drop in and trust my breath. I went out of the session feeling refreshed and came to the realisation that what the coldness I seek can always be found within me if I breathe long enough. Looking back, I've adopted a practice of body journaling to which I am still doing until today. I can say that I am more attuned to my body now than I did before. Thank you, Tania! You're remarkable!
